Homeowner Notes:

This is the official web site for Evergreen in Woodbury.

The information found on this web site is intended to be a resource for Evergreen Homeowners as well as those interested in moving to Evergreen. Evergreen is a community of custom built homes in Woodbury, Minnesota, a suburb of St. Paul. Evergreen is located near the northwest corner of Radio Drive and Valley Creek Road.

Sculpted on the site of a former Christmas-tree farm, the 275-acre community is surrounded by trees of all kinds including spruce, pine and tamarack. Deer and wildfowl roam freely because the natural habitat was left undisturbed. Parks, lakes and playgrounds enhance the community of unspoiled natural beauty.

Developed in 1980 by Dan Dolan, Evergreen's master plan directed the development of neighborhoods, roads and open spaces, parks and recreation areas.

Evergreen's Homeowners Association promotes the community's lasting value through the review of architectural designs and the maintenance of monuments, grassy areas, flower beds, shrubs and trees which make up the common areas. Association activities provide an opportunity for homeowners to meet and stay in touch with one another.
